Property Division is headed by Ann Lagasse. With a focus on creating
an exciting and distinct shopping environment for consumers, Ann works to
bring professional merchants with quality products to the downtown.
Our occupancy rate is generally at one hundred percent. We have
buildings on the lower third of State Street, Pleasant Street, Inn Street,
Water Street and Merrimac Street. Many of these sites are multi use
with first floor retail, second floor office suites and third floor
apartment rentals.
